What is your Refund & Returns policy?

At the World Of Islam we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us so we make our Refund and Return policy simple. Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with what you have purchased just Return it to us in its original condition within 30 days and we will issue a full Refund for the price of the item (but not the postage and packaging cost).

however We will also be happy to Refund the delivery charge if the return is a result of our error.
